Local physical education teachers spent their professional development day at the Sport for Life Centre for a “Tennis in Schools” presentation led by Tennis Manitoba’s Robert Kennedy and Nash Bockstael on Oct. 25. The teachers were taught the basics of how they can implement tennis and its equipment into a school setting in hopes of more tennis programming being offered in Manitoba schools.
