Our Role
It all starts with one objective: getting more Manitobans to play tennis.
Tennis Manitoba works to make tennis more accessible, inclusive and sustainable across the province. We invest in and support the tennis ecosystem at every level, from a player’s first experience on court to competitive and high-performance opportunities.
Our work includes introducing children and families to the sport through Rogers First Set and red-ball tennis experiences; expanding opportunities to play through infrastructure and facility development; creating more inclusive and equitable pathways through initiatives such as Game. Set. Equity.; and supporting the development of Manitoba’s next generation of players through programs such as our Developmental and Prospect Programs.
By working with clubs, coaches, communities, schools and partners across the province, our goal is to create more opportunities for Manitobans to discover tennis, stay involved in the sport and reach their potential.
From first serve to high performance, we’re working to grow tennis in Manitoba.
