Reece Carter placed second in girls’ U14 singles and third in girls’ U16 singles at the Roman Cup in Ottawa. Carter reached the semifinals of girls’ U16 doubles with fellow Manitoban Maya Arksey and was a finalist in girls’ U14 doubles with Kelly Dowouona of Ontario.
